brings archeology and the ancient world to life
Founded in 1818, the National Museum of Antiquities is one of the older museums in The Netherlands, and one of the best collections of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world.
The museum organized several blockbuster exhibitions revolving around ancient cities: Petra, Carthage and Nineveh. The exhibition on Petra was especially successful: it broke an all time record, with more than 170.000 visitors in over 5 months time. For these exhibitions I was responsible for all the campaign planning and outreach.
