marketeer | husband | father | egyptologist | photographer
Born and raised on the island Texel in 1986, I moved to Leiden to study Egyptology. Started as a marketeer at the National Museum of Antiquities in 2012, and developed into an independent and allround marketeer for cultural organizations in the following years.
Living in the historical centre of Leiden, where I enjoy redesigning the garden and planting rare plants (a love that sprouted during my time in the Leiden Hortus), playing around with my son Hugo (born in 2019) and visiting one of the many museums of my town. Every photo on this website is made by me. A hobby I like to be a bit more serious about than strickly necessary.
